Q: I just placed an order. How long before it will be shipped?
A: Shipping times may vary depending on your location, the vendors location, the products you ordered, and the shipping method set with that soecific vendor. Some vendors ship direct to the customer, while some vendors may use a third party fullfillment company. In most cases, orders are boxed and shipped within 3 days of order being placed, and being delivered within 7 days. In some cases, shipping could take 1 - 3 weeks.
Q. Why was a credit card denied?
A: We are dedicated to preventing fraudulent transactions on the Dropcents Marketplace. We are strong risk tools in place to prevent any fraudulent activity. Your credit card transaction may have failed for many reasons; the shipping address does not match the credit cards billing address, the security code does not match, the card is marked as stolen, the card is over its balance. We ask that you only use your personal credit and debit cards.
Q. I only received part of my order.. where is the rest of my order?
A: Dropcents is a multi-vendor marketplace. There are hundeds of different vendors selling htere products on our marketplace. If your order consists of multiple items, chances are you purchased from more than one vendor. Each vendor ships their items from different locations and has different shipping terms so your order may arrive seperately and This may result in some of your order arriving separately and possibly not arriving all on the same day.
Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?
A: Yes, we ship Worldwide. In fact some of our vendors are located on different parts of the World.
